If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of our platform and services.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific Games or promotions. These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during use of our services. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using gambling services.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with hgo908. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If we detect or suspect duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts may be suspended or closed, and any associated funds or winnings may be forfeited. This restriction applies regardless of whether the duplicate Accounts use different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. hgo908 requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit:

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, hgo908 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawing. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without gameplay are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and investigation.
The 1x wagering requirement on deposits applies to your deposited funds only, not to winnings. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, place Rp 500,000 in total bets, and win Rp 200,000, you may withdraw Rp 700,000 (your remaining deposit plus winnings) without further wagering requirements, provided you have not claimed any active bonus with separate wagering terms.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Users as determined by hgo908 in its sole discretion. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms will be clearly stated in the promotional offer and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus, you must place Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:
While any bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or round is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Users may hold only one (1) active bonus at a time. You must complete the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one. Attempting to stack or abuse multiple bonuses may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
hgo908 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close Accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any other activity deemed to violate the spirit of fair play. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at hgo908's sole discretion.
All Games on the hgo908 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer broadcasts to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be altered. hgo908 is not responsible for any technical issues, disconnections, or errors that may occur during gameplay. In the event of a malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void.
Each Game has specific rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages, which are available in the Game's information screen. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules before playing. In the event of a dispute, hgo908's game logs and server records will be considered the authoritative source.
For sports betting, including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions, official league and tournament rules apply. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to hgo908's sports betting rules, which are available on request. hgo908 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any Game or betting market. These limits may vary by Game type, User status, and account history. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance confiscation, and permanent ban from hgo908:
Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and permanent ban from hgo908. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities. Any legal costs incurred by hgo908 in investigating or pursuing claims related to prohibited activities may be recovered from the offending User.
The hgo908 Platform and all Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. hgo908 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hgo908 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if hgo908 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall hgo908's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
hgo908 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from system failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processor errors, or any other technical problems beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, hgo908 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.
hgo908 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that hgo908 deems harmful to its operations or other Users.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. hgo908 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) after the twelve-month period. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.
As part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, Users may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or create new Accounts. For more information, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting hgo908 customer support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period will be permanently barred.
